Questions we get all the time
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 500 emails/month and 1,000 contacts for as long as you want it. No credit card to sign up. We make money when you upgrade, not by selling your data.
What happens if I go over my sending limit?
We won't cut you off mid-campaign. You'll get a notification at 80% and 100% usage, and we'll suggest upgrading. Overages are billed at our standard rate of £0.0004 per email — you'll see them clearly on your next invoice.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?
Anytime. When you switch, we credit your remaining monthly balance to the annual plan. You start saving 20% from your next billing cycle.
Do you charge for unsubscribed or bounced contacts?
No. We only count active, deliverable contacts toward your plan. Hard bounces and unsubscribes are removed automatically and don't count against your limit.
What's the catch with the 14-day trial?
There isn't one. You get full access to every feature on the plan you choose. No credit card required. We send you two reminder emails before it ends. After day 14, you drop to Free or pick a paid plan.
Do you offer a discount for non-profits?
Yes — 30% off any paid plan for registered non-profits, charities, and educational institutions. Email support@hybridmail.com with your registration documents.
